 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g 20% beef mince (HCP added*)
 ml Kallo organic beef stock cube (made up with water) (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Curly kale, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:

Cook all and blend with water
