Tuna and celeriac mash 2.1 RA

INGREDIENTS:**
g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
ml Cream, Double Asda (HCP added*)
g Butter, unsalted
g Tuna, canned in sunflower oil, drained
g Oil, olive
g Grapes, green
Directions:
Boil celeriac & carrots and allow to cool. Mash the celeriac with the double cream and butter. Stir in the tuna with celeriac mash.
Serve with a side of grapes as a snack
