Steak Dinner

INGREDIENTS:**
g Beef, sirloin steak, raw, lean
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Garlic puree
g Butter, salted
g Cauliflower, raw
g Blueberries
g Stock cubes, chicken
Directions:
1. Cook steak with a bit of salt and pepper.
2. Cook veg
2. Sauce: Add butter to pan. When foaming, add garlic puree. Stir.
3. Add chicken stock mixed with hot water from veg..
4. Add cream and stir and let simmer till thickened. Serve with steak and veg.
