LUNCH - Fish pie

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cod, flesh only, raw
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Peas, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Stock cubes, vegetable
g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
g Oil, rapeseed
g Butter, salted
g Celeriac, raw
g Salmon, farmed, flesh only, raw
Directions:
1. fry the onion in the oil and add the fish in cubes.
2. Add the cream cheese and stock to make a sauce and add the peas to cook through.
3. Boil the celeriac and mash with the butter and cheese, or add the cheese on top and grill.
