INGREDIENTS:**
 g Strawberries, frozen
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Water, distilled
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 add everything to a blender or smoothie machine and blend until smooth 
2 you can add sugar free syrup to change and add different flavour to this smoothie.
