2.5.1 group a scrambled egg snack

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Butter, salted
 g Onions, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 in a pan heat the butter over medium/low heat.
2 slice the onion and mushrooms and fry in the butter until soft.
3 whisk the egg and ketocal LQ together season with salt and pepper.
4 add the egg mixture to the pan and stir until scrambled.
