Festive ice cream

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Cream, fresh, whipping
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 ml Orange extract, waitrose (HCP added*)
 g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)

Directions:

add all ingredients except chocolat together and whisk until mixture is soft peaks and floppy.  Dont over whisk. chop and fold in chocolate pieces. put in freezer in a lidded container and shake every hour.
