Lamb casserole

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Celery, raw
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Lamb, mince, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

Directions:

Slice the celery and carrots into small chunks. Fry the lamb in the oil until browned then add the celery and carrots and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes. Add the tinned tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 30 minutes, add some water if desired. Stir in the cream just before serving.
