Cod & Veg in tomato cream sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cod, flesh only, grilled
 ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
 g Courgette, boiled in unsalted water
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, olive
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Elmlea double cream (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, raw

Directions:

grill fish 
boil veg 
add veg and fish into a sauce pan with the tinned tomatoes and cream 
add to a blender for weaning to puree portion  (if freezing do not add cream, add to meal once defrosted)
