MKD raspberry chia pudding

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 ml Ketocal 2.5:1 LQ
 g Alpro greek style plain yogurt (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Raspberries, frozen

Directions:

1 mix everything together and pour into a air tight container, place in the fridge until set, 
***********if you need a smoother texture you can grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder or food processor, the fruit can be added or use to top the pudding when serving.
