Cauliflower Cheese

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled
 g Flour, corn
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:

  1. Place oil and water in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Mix together water, cornflour and double cream to form a paste.
  3. Mix into oil and water, microwave for 20 seconds.
  4. Stir in KetoCal and then add cheese until it melts, retaining some for the next step.
  5. Place cauliflower in dish, cover with cheese sauce, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, place under grill until cheese melts.
