MKD baked mushrooms with roasted tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g mushrooms, portobello (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
 g Mixed herbs, dried

Directions:

1 whisk the egg, ketocal powder, garlic, pinch of dried herbs season to taste with salt and pepper,
2 place the large mushroom upside down on the tray, place the cherry tomatoes onto the tray, brush the mushroom and tomatoes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3 pour the egg mixture into the mushroom, carefully place into a 160oc oven and bake for 10/15 minutes until the egg mixture has set and the tomatoes are roasted.
4 serve with a green salad.
