MKD porridge

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Salt
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Waitrose milled golden flaxseed with chia and hemp (HCP added*)
 g Porridge oats, unfortified
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)

Directions:

1 in a small pan bring the water to a boil, add the oats and seeds stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens.
2 add the ketocal LQ and bring to a simmer stirring all the time until the porridge is hot and thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the cream
3 serve with fresh berries
