Yoghurt with blueberries and flax seeds 2:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Fage Total 5% (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries
 g Linwood cold milled flaxseed (HCP added*)
 g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Mix the cream with the yoghurt and add the flax seeds
2. Blend/mash the blueberries and add to the yoghurt and serve
