INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pears, average, raw, flesh only
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 g Asda extra thick fresh double cream (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Mash the pear and add the double cream
2. Mix in the chia seeds and serve
