Mixed veg, sweet potatoes and cream cheese 2:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Courgette, raw
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 g organix carrot sticks (HCP added*)
 g Pepper, capsicum, yellow, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Sweet potato, raw, flesh only
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1. Fry the vegetables in the olive oil then blend to desired consistency
2. Boil/steam the sweet potatoes, mash and add to the blended veg.  Add any desired dried herbs
3. Mix in the cream cheese and serve alongside the melty puffs
