Mash chicken and carrots 3:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Potatoes, old, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
 g Butter, salted
 g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, raw

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes and carrots 
2. Mash with butter 
3. Oven cook chicken 
4. Blend with potatoes and carrots
