Cod in Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
g Garlic puree
g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
g Tomato puree
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Cod, flesh only, raw
Directions:
- Place 3g olive oil, garlic puree, onion and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for further 3 mins, add a pinch of oregano.
- Cover cod with remaining oil and grill for 10-15 mins until cooked.
- Stir KetoCal into tomato sauce until dissolved (do not boil) and pour over cooked cod, serve immediately.
