Mushroom Soup

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Onions, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Garlic puree
 g Stock cubes, chicken
 g Water, distilled
 ml Cream, double, Avonmore (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Place spring onions, mushrooms, oil and garlic puree in a pan and sweat for 4 mins.
  2. Dissolve a stock cube in hot water.
  3. Add stock to vegetables, simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Add KetoCal to the soup and heat for a further min.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add cream to the top of soup and serve.
