Shrove Tuesday Pancakes!

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Butter, salted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, stir in egg, cream and oil and mix well.
  2. Mix KetoCal and water, then add to mixture.
  3. Spray a frying pan with oil and warm to a medium heat.
  4. Spoon in a third of the pancake mixture and cook until golden brown. Repeat this a further 2 times.
