Sultana Cookies

INGREDIENTS:**
ml MCT Oil
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Sultanas
g Almonds, flaked and ground
Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas mark 5.
- Beat egg white until frothy,stir in remaining ingredients, including a few drops of vanilla extract and liquid sweetener.
- Place on baking tray lined with non-stick foil or baking parchment.
- Bake for approx 15-20 mins.
