Cheese Muffin

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml MCT Oil
 g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Flour, wheat, white, self raising
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Mustard powder
 g Salt
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/ fan 160C/ gas mark 4.
  2. Reserving egg whites, mix together all the remaining ingredients (including a pinch of salt and mustard powder).
  3. Whisk egg whites until frothy and fold into the mixture.
  4. Spoon into 2 lightly oiled silicone muffin moulds and bake for 15-20 mins.
