Toad in the Hole

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Water, distilled
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Beans, green, raw
 g Stock cubes, beef
 ml MCT Oil
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/ fan 170C/ gas mark 5.
  2. Put sausage and oil in ovenproof dish and place in oven.
  3. Mix together egg, cream, water and flour, season with salt, beat well and pour onto the hot sausage, continue cooking for approx 20 mins.
  4. Boil beans in salted water.
  5. Make gravy with (1/8) Knorr stock cube.
  6. Serve on a plate and drizzle any cooking residue over the batter pudding.
