Chicken stir fry

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Courgette, raw
 g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only
 g Oil, olive
 g Oil, sesame
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)

Directions:

Slice spring onion and mushrooms. Grate the courgette into fine strands. Heat the olive oil in a pan add the spring onions and garlic paste. Add the chicken and mushrooms and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add the grated courgette and sesame oil, stir and continue to cook.
