Chicken and Cauliflower Dore - inspired by Brazil

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Olives, green, in brine, drained, flesh and skin
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Garlic powder
 g Parsley, dried
 g Salt

Directions:

  1. Whisk the egg in a bowl with garlic and parsley – both previously chopped.
  2. Season it with salt, add KetoCal and oil. Precook the cauliflower in boiling water.
  3. Add the precooked cauliflower and the chicken into the mixture.
  4. Put it in the oven until it grills/ browns or fry it in hot oil.

Sauce
  1. Mix the mayonnaise with carrot and olives finely chopped and season with parsley.
  2. Weigh all ingredients raw.
