Rosti with zucchini - inspired by Switzerland

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Zucchini (Patient added*)
g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
g Cheese, Gouda
g Oil, rapeseed
g Locust Bean Gum (Patient added*)
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Salt
g Pepper, black
ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Weigh all ingredients.
- Grate vegetables and Gauda cheese.
- Add KetoCal, 18 g rapeseed oil and all other ingredients.
- Add seasoning and mix well
- Heat 20 g rapeseed oil in a non-stick frying pan and layer mixture evenly in the pan
- Heat both sides until golden brown
