Cheese and Bacon Muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Butter, salted
g Flour, Almond (HCP added*)
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
ml Flour, coconut, EastEnd (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
g Onions, raw
g Bacon rashers, back, raw
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
- Mix all the ingredients together and place in the mould. (Save half the butter to spread on the muffin at the end)
- Cook for 30 mins or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire tray.
