Porridge - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Linwoods milled flaxs sunflower pumpkin seed mix (HCP added*)
 ml Milk, Soya, Light, Alpro (HCP added*)
 g Oats (Quaker Jumbo original)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

Directions:


1) Heat the soya milk in a pan (to boiling point).
2) Add the dry ingredients.
3) Simmer gently for 1-2 mins.
4) Top with the double cream.
5) Add Joseph's sugar free maple syrup or sweetener if desired.


OR
1) Mix all ingredients (except the cream & sweetener).
2) Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir then microwave for a further 1 minute.
3) Top with the double cream.
4) Add Joseph's sugar free maple syrup or sweetener if desired.
