Mo's Breakfast Bar - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Linwoods milled flaxs sunflower pumpkin seed mix (HCP added*)
 g Mornflake Oatbran (HCP added*)
 g Oil, coconut
 g Almonds, flaked (HCP added*)
 g Raisins

Directions:


1) Cut the raisins in half.
2) Melt the oil gently and mix all the ingredients together.
3) Place in a mould and refrigerate to set.
4) Store air tight in the fridge.
