Duck salad - Matthew's Friends

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Walnuts, kernel only
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Oil, olive
 g Duck, roasted, meat only
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Pears, raw, flesh and skin
 ml Vinegar, white (HCP added*)
 g Mixed herbs, dried

Directions:


1) Place the shredded or sliced duck on the lettuce with the sliced cucumber and pear.
2) Mix olive oil with vinegar and mixed herbs.
3) Sprinkle with the dressing and chopped walnuts.
4) Serve with the mayonnaise.
