Cinnamon and Blueberry Toast with bacon

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Water, distilled
 g Blueberries
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 ml Syrup, banana, DaVinci (HCP added*)
 g Bacon rashers, back, fat trimmed, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170C/gas mark 3.
  2. Grill bacon until cooked
  3. Mix together KetoCal with milk, baking powder, egg, water and a squirt of sweetener with in a bowl.
  4. Chop blueberries into small pieces and add to mixture with a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Place mixture on a sheet of baking paper.
  6. Spread out thinly in a 6'' square.
  7. Cook for 10 mins or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with bacon
