Tomato Sauce with mince

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Oil, olive
 g Garlic puree
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Beef, mince, raw

Directions:

  1. Place olive oil in pan and fry the mince until brown
  2. Add the garlic puree, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree to a pan and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 mins.
  4. Stir in KetoCal until dissolved.
