INGREDIENTS:**
ml Liquigen
Directions:
Dissolve 5 g of jelly crystals in 80 ml of boiling water and mix well. Add another 70 ml of cold water and 10 ml of Liquigen and mix well and set. This is a mid pm snack. You can add more or less water to suit - i.e. to make a thick jelly or a less thick jelly.
As protein and fat are free - if J. is hungry he can have a slice of ham, chicken, turkey or roast beef in addition to the jelly.
